Peter is Chief Financial Officer of THRYVE Wealth Management and is responsible for the firm’s financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, operational finance, and strategic growth initiatives. Peter brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth businesses. Before joining THRYVE, he co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer of XB Fulfillment, a $300M omni-channel fulfillment company operating globally. Earlier in his career, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The St. John Companies, where he was a partner and helped grow the business fourfold over a ten-year period prior to its sale to a private equity firm. During his tenure, he oversaw multiple acquisitions and led strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. He also held senior financial leadership positions with two NYSE-listed companies. Peter is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California. He serves on the Board of Advisors to the Chair of the Department of Economics at USC and remains active in mentoring and leadership initiatives.
