Nicole is the Vice President of Operations at THRYVE Wealth Management, where she oversees the firm’s operational strategy, client service infrastructure, and compliance initiatives. Nicole has nearly 30 years of wealth management experience in Operations, Client Service & Compliance. She has spent much of her time in the Client Service arena having gained experience helping advisors and interacting with clients. During leadership roles in Operations and Compliance, she was instrumental in establishing procedures in multiple areas of the business that exemplified the integrity of the companies she worked for. Her broad experience allows her to assist the firm and clients in navigating their accounts smoothly and efficiently. Nicole was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
